ALWAYS ON CREATIVE CONTENT AND PAID PERFORMANCE  

CHALLENGE
Air Liquide were suffering from a brand awareness issue due to a recent merger and rebrand. As a result, sales were lagging, the core understanding of their products and services weren’t cutting through and their competitors were taking market share.

SOLUTION
An always on program of activity to help drive brand awareness, increase product trials (Sleep Apnea testing) and drive sales in products was develop, which included developing key creative, driving an increase in social activity, paid media management as well as implementing a hyper targeted Google Search and  programmatic display campaign to drive click throughs for every part of the search journey.

RESULTS
Key targeting of custom audiences reaching 602K people with over 3.9M impressions, driving an incredible 43K visits to the website, resulting in a cost-per-click of $0.85 and an overall click-through rate of 3.4%.

Launched the Instagram channel and drove a 9.7% engagement rate, as well as Google activity that drove 1.3M impressions with an amazing 19.5K click-throughs.
