Heroing local community programs and case studies, we leveraged the organisation’s rich history across social and digital channels with always on comms and spike campaigns designed to drive fan acquisition and conversion, including fuelling ticket sales and donations for their biggest annual event – the Weave Gala Fundraiser.
From the $57K generated in Gala ticket revenue, to securing a Google AdWords Grant with $10K p/m, setting new standards in EDM engagement (20% CTR overall, and 60% on Gala communications), driving best practice engagement rates across channels and increasing the fan base by 15% YOY, we smashed our goals across the board and continue to build and support this thriving community service.
